Matthew is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of NexTreK Consulting. NexTreK Consulting is based out of Pittsburgh, Pa. and offers process improvement, supply chain management and document imaging consulting service. Matt has over 10 years of experience in manufacturing and process engineering roles while working at Daimler Chrysler, FreeMarkets/Ariba, Inc. and Education Management Corporation. His areas of expertise are process improvement utilizing LEAN principles, new software implementation, strategic sourcing, document imaging solutions, and complex data analysis.
